Far too many people these days are all talk and no action, leaving you hanging out to dry due to procrastination, offering things they don't have in stock, or making you wait with no explanation why. What we guarantee is that your satisfaction comes above all else, meaning our products have been diligently crafted to ensure that you return to us in the future. If we don't have something in stock, it won't be available to purchase...you won't get shafted and have to wait indefinitely. Back orders will not exist - if we don't have it to sell, you won't see it to buy. Are we in the business to make a profit? Absolutely! Rewards levels are as follows:
500 Points = $5; 1,000 Points = $10; 2500 Points = $25

Do you offer other VG/PG ratios?
Currently all Kelso Vapor liquids are a mix of 70VG/30PG, 50VG/50PG or Max VG. If you have a special request and want a different ratio, just use the Contact page and we'll be happy to mix it for you!

How do you craft your product?
Every single Kelso Vapor product is handcrafted, drop by drop, bottle by bottle. We do not believe in making large batches...doing so does not benefit you, and only reduces product quality. Sure, it takes us a little extra time, but doing so ensures your product is full of flavor and worthy of the Kelso Vapor name.

My liquid isn't clear. What's up?
Some e-Liquids that you purchase are not clear. Coffee, tea, caramel and other flavors that are naturally dark may also be dark in e-Liquid form. Also, the addition of nicotine to otherwise clear liquids can give the product a tint over time. If this is of concern to you, then feel free to discard the liquid, or use it at a faster rate before discoloration occurs. 

What kind of bottles do you use?
We purchase all bottles from one of the most reputable suppliers in the industry, Liquid Bottles. We use glass bottles (amber or green) for everything but our samples (which are bottled using 10ml LDPE plastic). 

What do your products contain?
All Kelso Vapor Products Contain the Following: 
*USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) Kosher Food Grade Vegetable Glycerin 
*USP (United States Pharmacopoeia) Kosher Food Grade Propylene Glycol
*Natural & Artificial Food Grade Flavorings

Where should I store my e-Liquid?
It is best to store your purchase in a cool, dry, dark place. If you have room in your refrigerator, keep the bottles there. While not necessary, the low temperature slows down the oxidation process and prevents the growth of bacteria and mold. Just keep them away from light and high temps, and you should be good to go. And of course, as stated on the bottles and various other spots on our site, keep e-Liquids away from children and pets.

We are located in Alabama, near the Alabama/Tennessee state line in Meridianville.

How do you ship?
As stated on the Shipping page, all products are shipped via United States Postal Service, 1-3 business day Priority Mail with tracking. You may track your item by visiting the USPS Tracking Page

When can I expect my item to ship?
Typically, you can expect your item to ship within 1 business day. We are notified immediately once your order is placed, and rest assured we will not let time pass us by in getting your purchase prepared for shipment.
